Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1350.19","heading":"Jail access","body":"Every bail enforcer who holds a valid license in this state\n\nshall have access to the jails of this state for the purpose of\n\nsurrendering persons recovered pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and\n\nLicensing Act, and the rules adopted by the Council on Law\n\nEnforcement Education and Training.
