On and after February 1, 2015, no person shall act or engage\n\nin, solicit or offer services, or represent himself or herself, as a\n\nbail enforcer as defined by the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act\n\nwithout first having been issued a valid license by the Council on\n\nLaw Enforcement Education and Training.\n\nB. On or after February 1, 2015, any person who shall act or\n\nengage in, solicit or offer services, or represent himself or\n\nherself, as a bail enforcer without a valid license issued by the\n\nCouncil shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense, upon\n\nconviction, punishable by a fine in an amount not exceeding Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nC. Any person violating the provisions of subsection B of this\n\nsection while having in his or her possession or under his or her\n\ncontrol any firearm or weapon, including a firearm under the\n\nauthority of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act, shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D3 felony offense and shall be punished, upon conviction, by\n\nan additional fine in an amount not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or by an additional term of imprisonment as provided\n\nfor in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
