Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1350.20","heading":"CLEET Bail Enforcement Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training to be\n\ndesignated the \"CLEET Bail Enforcement Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all application fees, license fees, renewal\n\nfees, late fees, administrative fines, and other funds assessed or\n\ncollected pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Council for the\n\nimplementation, administration and enforcement of the Bail\n\nEnforcement and Licensing Act.
