To prevent a conflict of interest or the appearance of any\n\nconflict of interest, and in addition to the qualifications for a\n\nbail enforcer pursuant to Section 10 of this act, a person whose\n\nemployment prohibits such person from being licensed as a bail\n\nbondsman as provided in subsection A of Section 1315 of Title 59 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes shall be prohibited from being licensed as a\n\nbail enforcer pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act.\n\nIn addition, a district attorney, or any employee of an office of a\n\ndistrict attorney, or any employee of the Department of Corrections\n\nshall be prohibited from being licensed as a bail enforcer or bail\n\nrecovery agency while employed in such capacity.\n\nB.
