It shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense\n\nfor any person whose license as a bail enforcer has been suspended,\n\nrevoked, surrendered or denied, to perform, or assist in the\n\nperformance of, any function or service as a bail enforcer.\n\nB. Except as provided in subsection C of Section 1311.3 of this\n\ntitle, it shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense for\n\na bail enforcer licensed in this state to assist, aid or conspire\n\nwith an unlicensed person, or a person whose license as a bail\n\nenforcer or bail bondsman has been suspended, revoked, surrendered\n\nor denied, to engage in any function or service as a bail enforcer.\n\nProvided, however, a commissioned Oklahoma peace officer or reserve\n\npeace officer who is off-duty may assist a bail enforcer without\n\nhaving been issued a bail enforcer license. Any such peace officer\n\nengaged in a recovery and surrender shall wear clothing clearly\n\nmarked \"bail enforcer\" or \"bail enforcement\" and shall not wear any\n\nclothing marked \"police\" or use any other words or phrases that\n\nimply that such person is associated with law enforcement or a\n\ngovernment agency; or use any vehicle marked \"police\" or with any\n\nother words or phrases that imply that such a person is associated\n\nwith law enforcement or a government agency; or display an official\n\npeace officer badge, except when the policies of the officer's\n\nemploying law enforcement agency, and the agency in whose\n\njurisdiction the officer is engaged in a recovery and surrender,\n\nallows the officer to do so.\n\nC.
