Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1352.1","heading":"Powers and duties of State Board of Examiners of","body":"Psychologists.\n\nThe State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, in addition to\n\nthe other powers and duties prescribed by the Psychologists\n\nLicensing Act, shall have the power and duty to:\n\n1. Regulate the practice of psychology in this state; and\n\n2. Examine and issue the appropriate licenses pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act to applicants\n\nqualified in the practice of psychology; and\n\n3. Continue in effect, suspend, revoke, modify, or deny,\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act and\n\nsuch conditions as the Board may prescribe, licenses for the\n\npractice of psychology in this state; and\n\n4. Investigate complaints, and hold hearings pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Sections 301 through 326 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes; and\n\n5. Initiate prosecution; and\n\n6. Reprimand or place on probation or both any holder of a\n\nlicense pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing\n\nAct; and\n\n7. Adopt and promulgate standards of professional conduct for\n\npsychologists; and\n\n8. Develop and promulgate the rules and regulations and\n\nestablish fees, not otherwise provided in the Psychologist Licensing\n\nAct, necessary to effectuate the provisions of the Psychologists\n\nLicensing Act; and\n\n9. Enforce the standards and rules and regulations promulgated\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act; and\n\n10.
