Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1354","heading":"Board of Examiners of Psychologists - Membership - Tenure","body":"- Oath.\n\nThere is hereby re-created, to continue until July 1, 2028,\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law, the State\n\nBoard of Examiners of Psychologists. The Board shall administer the\n\nprovisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act. The Board shall\n\nconsist of seven (7) members appointed by the Governor. Five\n\nmembers shall be psychologists from various areas in psychology and\n\ntwo members shall be lay persons. At the expiration of the term of\n\neach Board member who is a psychologist, the Governor shall appoint\n\na successor from a list of ten licensed psychologists which is\n\nprovided by the Oklahoma Psychological Association. Members shall\n\nserve for a term of four (4) years and until a successor is\n\nappointed and qualified.
