Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1357","heading":"Removal from Board - Vacancies","body":"After giving the member a written statement of the charges and\n\nan opportunity to be heard thereon, the Governor may remove any\n\nmember of the Board for misconduct, incompetency, or neglect of\n\nduty. Any vacancy in the membership of the Board shall be filled by\n\nthe Governor for the unexpired term.
