Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1358","heading":"Meetings - Officers - Employees - Office space - Seal","body":"The Board shall hold a regular meeting at which it shall\n\nannually select from its membership a chair and a vice-chair. Other\n\nregular meetings shall be held at such times as the rules of the\n\nBoard may provide. Special meetings may be held at such times as\n\nmay be deemed necessary by the Board or a majority of its members.\n\nReasonable notice of all meetings shall be given in the manner\n\nprescribed by the rules of the Board. Four members of the Board\n\nshall constitute a quorum. The secretary of the Board shall be\n\nappointed by the Board and shall hold office at the pleasure of the\n\nBoard. The secretary may be a member of the Board. The Board may\n\nemploy such other persons and may rent or purchase such office space\n\nand office equipment as it deems necessary to implement the\n\nprovisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act.
