Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1360","heading":"Psychologists Licensing Fund","body":"The secretary of the Board shall receive and account for all\n\nmonies derived under this act. The secretary shall pay these monies\n\nmonthly to the State Treasurer who shall keep them in a separate\n\nfund to be known as the \"Psychologists Licensing Fund\". All monies\n\nreceived in said fund are hereby appropriated to the Board.\n\nExpenditures from the Psychologist Licensing Fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment. It is further\n\nprovided that all monies in the Psychologists Licensing Fund at the\n\nend of each fiscal year, being the unexpended balance of such fund,\n\nshall be carried forward and placed to the credit of the\n\nPsychologists Licensing Fund for the succeeding fiscal year. The\n\nBoard may make expenditures from this fund for any purpose which is\n\nreasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this act;\n\nprovided that all reimbursement for expenses shall be paid only from\n\nthe Psychologists Licensing Fund.
