Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1362.1","heading":"Health service psychologists - Certification -","body":"Demonstration of prior service - Conditions.\n\nA. Any licensed psychologist who independently provides or\n\noffers to provide health services to the public shall be certified\n\nas a Health Service Psychologist by the State Board of Examiners of\n\nPsychologists. The Board shall certify as a Health Service\n\nPsychologist an applicant who demonstrates that the applicant has at\n\nleast two (2) years of full-time supervised health service\n\nexperience as defined by the rules and regulations of the Board.\n\nB. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1362 of this\n\ntitle, the applicant shall be certified by the Board as a Health\n\nService Psychologist if the applicant meets one of the following\n\nconditions:\n\n1. The psychologist is Board certified by the American Board of\n\nProfessional Psychology; or\n\n2.
