Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1366","heading":"Issuance of license - License without examination","body":"The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists may issue\n\na license pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing\n\nAct:\n\n1. To a qualified applicant who has successfully passed the\n\nexamination prescribed by the Board and who has paid the fee\n\nrequired by the rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nPsychologists Licensing Act; or\n\n2.
