The hearings provided for by Section 1370 of Title 59 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes shall be conducted by the Board itself at a\n\nregular or special meeting of the Board. Such hearings shall be\n\nconducted in conformity with and records made thereof as provided by\n\nthe provisions of Sections 301 through 326 of Title 75 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
