Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1373","heading":"Injunction","body":"The Board, the Attorney General, or the local district attorney\n\nmay apply to the district court in the county in which a violation\n\nof this act is alleged to have occurred for an order enjoining or\n\nrestraining the commission or continuance of the acts complained of.\n\nThereupon, the court has jurisdiction of the proceedings and may\n\ngrant such temporary or permanent injunction or restraining order,\n\nwithout bond, as it deems just and proper.
