Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1374","heading":"Violations and penalties","body":"Any person who, after the first day of January, 1966, represents\n\nhimself to be a psychologist or engages in the practice of\n\npsychology within this state without being licensed or exempted in\n\naccordance with the provisions of this act is guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) or be confined in jail for not more than\n\nsix (6) months, or both.
