The home state shall be a compact state where a psychologist\n\nis licensed to practice psychology.\n\nB. A psychologist may hold one or more compact state licenses\n\nat a time. If the psychologist is licensed in more than one compact\n\nstate, the home state is the compact state where the psychologist\n\nwas physically present when the services were delivered, as\n\nauthorized by the authority to practice interjurisdictional\n\ntelepsychology under the terms of this Compact.\n\nC. Any compact state may require a psychologist not previously\n\nlicensed in a compact state to obtain and retain a license to be\n\nauthorized to practice in the compact state under circumstances not\n\nauthorized by the authority to practice interjurisdictional\n\ntelepsychology under the terms of this Compact.\n\nD. Any compact state may require a psychologist to obtain and\n\nretain a license to be authorized to practice in a compact state\n\nunder circumstances not authorized by the temporary authorization to\n\npractice under the terms of this Compact.\n\nE. A home state's license authorizes a psychologist to practice\n\nin a receiving state under the authority to practice\n\ninterjurisdictional telepsychology only if the compact state:\n\n1. Currently requires the psychologist to hold an active E-\n\nPassport;\n\n2. Has a mechanism in place for receiving and investigating\n\ncomplaints about licensed individuals;\n\n3. Notifies the Commission, in compliance with the terms\n\nherein, of any adverse action or significant investigatory\n\ninformation regarding a licensed individual;\n\n4. Requires an identity history summary of all applicants at\n\ninitial licensure, including the use of the results of fingerprints\n\nor other biometric data checks compliant with the requirements of\n\nthe Federal Bureau of Investigation, or other designee with similar\n\nauthority, not later than ten (10) years after activation of the\n\nCompact; and\n\n5. Complies with the bylaws and rules of the Commission.\n\nF. A home state's license grants temporary authorization to\n\npractice to a psychologist in a distant state only if the compact\n\nstate:\n\n1. Currently requires the psychologist to hold an active\n\ninterjurisdictional practice certificate (IPC);\n\n2. Has a mechanism in place for receiving and investigating\n\ncomplaints about licensed individuals;\n\n3. Notifies the Commission, in compliance with the terms\n\nherein, of any adverse action or significant investigatory\n\ninformation regarding a licensed individual;\n\n4. Requires an identity history summary of all applicants at\n\ninitial licensure, including the use of the results of fingerprints\n\nor other biometric data checks compliant with the requirements of\n\nthe Federal Bureau of Investigation, or other designee with similar\n\nauthority, no later than ten (10) years after activation of the\n\nCompact; and\n\n5.
