Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1383","heading":"Scope of telepsychology practice","body":"A psychologist may practice in a receiving state under the\n\nauthority to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology only in the\n\nperformance of the scope of practice for psychology as assigned by\n\nan appropriate state psychology regulatory authority, as defined in\n\nthe rules of the Commission, and under the following circumstances:\n\n1. The psychologist initiates a client/patient contact in a\n\nhome state via telecommunications technologies with a client/patient\n\nin a receiving state; or\n\n2.
