Stat. tit. 59, § 59-139","heading":"Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners - Organization -","body":"Meetings - Compliance with other acts - Bonding -\n\nTort claims.\n\nA. The Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners shall organize\n\nannually at the last regularly scheduled meeting of the Board before\n\nthe beginning of the next fiscal year by electing from among its\n\nmembers a president, a vice-president, and a secretary-treasurer.\n\nThe term of office of each officer shall be for the following fiscal\n\nyear and until a successor is elected and qualified. The duties of\n\neach officer shall be prescribed in the rules of the Board.\n\nB. The Board may hold such regularly scheduled meetings,\n\nspecial meetings, emergency meetings, or continued or reconvened\n\nmeetings as found by the Board to be expedient or necessary. A\n\nmajority of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction\n\nof business.\n\nC. The Board shall act in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act, the Oklahoma Open Records Act, and the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act.\n\nD. All members of the Board and such employees as determined by\n\nthe Board shall be bonded as required by Sections 85.26 through\n\n85.31 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nE.
