Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1391","heading":"Injunction","body":"The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (OSBEP)\n\nthrough the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent\n\njurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing\n\npsychology without a license or authorization to practice psychology\n\nin this state.\n\nSuch an injunction:\n\n1. May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by\n\nany person, this provision being a preventive as well as a punitive\n\nmeasure; and\n\n2.
