Stat. tit. 59, § 59-141","heading":"Powers and duties","body":"The Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners shall have the power\n\nand duty to:\n\n1. Regulate the practice of podiatric medicine;\n\n2. Promulgate the rules that may be necessary to implement and\n\nenforce the Podiatric Medicine Practice Act;\n\n3. Set license and examination fees required by the Podiatric\n\nMedicine Practice Act;\n\n4. Receive fees and deposit said fees with the State Treasurer\n\nin the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners' Revolving Fund;\n\n5. Issue, renew, revoke, deny, and suspend licenses to practice\n\npodiatric medicine;\n\n6. Examine all qualified applicants for licenses to practice\n\npodiatric medicine;\n\n7. Investigate complaints and hold hearings;\n\n8. Adopt and establish rules of professional conduct, which\n\nshall apply to every person who practices podiatric medicine in this\n\nstate;\n\n9. Set educational requirements for licensure; and\n\n10.
