Each license to practice podiatric medicine shall be renewed\n\nby June 30 of even-numbered years. Such license shall entitle the\n\nlicensee to practice podiatric medicine in this state as defined by\n\nlaw and to hold himself/herself out as a licensed podiatric\n\nphysician, doctor of podiatric medicine or podiatrist as long as\n\nlawfully renewed, unless suspended or revoked as authorized by law.\n\nB. Upon application and payment of required fees, and upon\n\nfirst satisfying the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners that the\n\nlicensee is not at the time violating any applicable law or any of\n\nthe rules of the Board or the Code of Ethics, and upon showing proof\n\nof compliance with Section 145.1 of this title, a licensee shall be\n\nentitled to have his/her license to practice podiatric medicine\n\nrenewed until June 30 of the following even-numbered year.\n\nC. A license not renewed in the time and manner required by\n\nthis section shall become inactive and the licensee may not practice\n\nas a licensed podiatric physician, doctor of podiatric medicine or\n\npodiatrist. The license may be renewed on or before September 30\n\nfollowing the June 30 deadline by payment of the delinquent renewal\n\nfee upon satisfying the Board of compliance with subsection B of\n\nthis section. After that September 30 and on or before the close of\n\nJune 30 of the next even-numbered year, the license may be\n\nreinstated upon satisfying the Board of compliance with subsection B\n\nof this section and upon the payment first of the delinquent renewal\n\nfee, plus such additional penalty as the Board imposes, not to\n\nexceed in all four times the delinquent fee. Any license to\n\npractice podiatric medicine not reinstated in such time shall become\n\nvoid at the close of June 30 of the next even-numbered year; and\n\nthereafter it shall not be renewed or reinstated.\n\nD. The renewal fee shall be such sum as the Board from time to\n\ntime sets. Upon the timely payment of the renewal fee or the\n\nreinstatement fee, as the case may be, the secretary-treasurer of\n\nthe Board shall provide to the licensee such certificate of renewal\n\nor reinstatement as the Board shall direct, which shall operate to\n\nrenew or reinstate the license, as the case may be, until June 30 of\n\nthe next even-numbered year, after which it must be renewed again or\n\nbe reinstated in the same time and manner to continue to be\n\neffective.\n\nE. The secretary-treasurer of the Board shall keep a license\n\nrecord showing each license issued by the Board, the name and last\n\nmailing address furnished to said secretary-treasurer by each\n\nlicensee, the year of issuance of the license, whether by\n\nexamination or otherwise, the renewals, reinstatements, suspensions\n\nand revocations thereof, and the fact as to whether the license be\n\nin force or suspended or void.
