Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1454","heading":"Minimum instrumentation requirements","body":"Any instrument used to test or question individuals for the\n\npurpose of detecting deception or verifying truth of statements\n\nshall record visually, permanently and simultaneously:\n\n1. a subject's cardiovascular pattern,\n\n2. a subject's respiratory pattern, and\n\n3. galvanic skin response pattern.\n\nPatterns of other physiological changes in addition to 1, 2 and 3\n\nmay also be recorded.
