Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1456","heading":"Regulations and orders - Disposition of fees collected -","body":"Expenses.\n\nA. The Board shall issue regulations consistent with the\n\nprovisions of this act for the administration and enforcement of\n\nthis act and shall prescribe forms which shall be issued in\n\nconnection therewith.\n\nB. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the Board seal\n\nand purporting to be signed by the Board members, shall be prima\n\nfacie proof that the signatures are the genuine signatures of the\n\nBoard members, and that the Board members are fully qualified to\n\nact.\n\nC. All fees collected under the provisions of this act shall be\n\ndeposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the General Revenue\n\nFund.\n\nD.
