Each nonresident applicant for an original license or a\n\nrenewal license shall file with the Council an irrevocable consent\n\nthat actions against said applicants may be filed in any appropriate\n\ncourt of any county or municipality of this state in which plaintiff\n\nresides or in which some part of the transaction occurred out of\n\nwhich the alleged cause of action arose and that process on any such\n\naction may be served on the applicant by leaving two copies thereof\n\nwith the Council. Such consent shall stipulate and agree that such\n\nservice or process shall be taken and held to be valid and binding\n\nfor all purposes. The Council shall send forthwith one copy of the\n\nprocess to the applicant at the address shown on the records of the\n\nCouncil by registered or certified mail.\n\nB. Nonresident applicants must satisfy the requirements of\n\nSection 1458 of this title.\n\nAdded Laws 1971, c. 140, § 11, emerg. eff. May 17, 1971.
