Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1462","heading":"Reciprocity","body":"An applicant who is a polygraph examiner licensed under the laws\n\nof another state or territory of the United States may be issued a\n\nlicense without examination by the Board, in its discretion, upon\n\npayment of a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and the production\n\nof satisfactory proof that:\n\n1. He is at least twenty-one (21) years of age;\n\n2. He is a citizen of the United States;\n\n3. He is of good moral character;\n\n4. The requirements for the licensing of polygraph examiner in\n\nsuch particular state or territory of the United States were at the\n\ndate of the applicant's licensing therein substantially equivalent\n\nto the requirements now in force in this state;\n\n5. The applicant had lawfully engaged in the administration of\n\npolygraph examinations under the laws of such state or territory for\n\nat least two (2) years prior to his application for license\n\nhereunder;\n\n6. Such other state or territory grants similar reciprocity to\n\nlicense holders of this state; and\n\n7.
