Upon approval by the Board, the Council shall issue an\n\ninternship license to a trainee provided he applies for such license\n\nand pays the required fee prior to the commencement of his\n\ninternship. The application shall contain such information as may\n\nbe required by the Board.\n\nB. An internship license shall be valid for the term of twelve\n\n(12) months from the date of issue. Such license may be extended or\n\nrenewed for any term not to exceed six (6) months upon good cause\n\nshown to the Board.\n\nC.
