Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1467","heading":"Term of license - Renewal - Expired licenses","body":"Each polygraph examiner's license shall be issued for the term\n\nof one (1) year and shall, unless suspended or revoked, be renewed\n\nannually as prescribed by the Board. A polygraph examiner whose\n\nlicense has expired may at any time within two (2) years after the\n\nexpiration thereof obtain a renewal license without examination by\n\nmaking a renewal application therefor and satisfying Section 8,\n\nsubsections 2, 3 and 4. However, any polygraph examiner whose\n\nlicense expired while he was in the federal service on active duty\n\nwith the armed forces of the United States, or the national guard\n\ncalled into service or training, or in training or education under\n\nthe supervision of the United States preliminary to induction into\n\nthe military service, may have his license renewed without\n\nexamination if within two (2) years after termination of such\n\nservice, training or education except under conditions other than\n\nhonorable, he furnishes the Board with an affidavit to the effect\n\nthat he has been so engaged and that his service, training or\n\neducation has been so terminated.
