Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1472","heading":"Surrender of license - Restoration","body":"\n\nUpon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee\n\nshall forthwith surrender the license or licenses to the Council;\n\nfailure of a licensee to do so shall be a violation of this act and,\n\nupon conviction, shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter set\n\nforth.
