Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1473","heading":"Injunction","body":"If any person violates any provisions of this act, the Council\n\nshall, upon direction of a majority of the Board, or the Board in\n\nthe name of the State of Oklahoma, through the Attorney General of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma, apply in any district court of competent\n\njurisdiction for an order enjoining such violation or for an order\n\nenforcing compliance with this act. Upon the filing of a verified\n\npetition in the court, the court or any judge thereof, if satisfied\n\nby affidavit or otherwise that the person has violated this act, may\n\nissue a temporary injunction, without notice or bond, enjoining such\n\ncontinued violation and if it is established that the person has\n\nviolated or is violating this act, the court, or any judge thereof,\n\nmay enter a decree perpetually enjoining the violation or enforcing\n\ncompliance with this act. In case of violation of any order or\n\ndecree issued under the provisions of this section, the court, or\n\nany judge thereof, may try and punish the offender for contempt of\n\ncourt.
