The Board shall provide an examination for candidates to\n\nobtain a certificate as a certified public accountant at least once\n\neach year. Additional examinations may be held at such times and\n\nplaces as the Board may deem advisable.\n\nB. Each candidate allowed to sit at the examination shall file\n\na written application on a form prescribed by the Board.\n\nC.
