After notice and hearing the Board shall revoke the\n\nregistration and all permits of a firm if at any time it does not\n\nhave all of the qualifications required for registration pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Accountancy Act.\n\nB. After notice and hearing, the Board may impose any one or\n\nmore of the penalties authorized in Section 15.24 of this title on a\n\nfirm for any one or more of the following causes:\n\n1. The revocation or suspension of the certificate or license\n\nof any partner or shareholder issued in accordance with the Oklahoma\n\nAccountancy Act;\n\n2. Failure to maintain compliance with the requirements for\n\nissuance or renewal of the permit of the firm;\n\n3. Failure to sign accountants’ opinions in the firm name,\n\nexcept in instances in which a governmental agency shall require the\n\nsignature to be that of an individual;\n\n4. Fraud or deceit by any partner or shareholder in obtaining\n\nthe firm permit;\n\n5. Except sole proprietorships, failure to file income tax\n\nreturns in the name of the firm; and\n\n6.
