The Oklahoma Accountancy Board shall conduct investigations\n\nand hearings when it believes a registrant, individual practicing\n\nunder the provisions of the Oklahoma Accountancy Act, other\n\nindividual or entity has violated any of the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Accountancy Act or rules promulgated thereunder wherever or\n\nwhenever appropriate for the exercise of authority granted to the\n\nBoard either on its own motion or on the complaint of any person or\n\nentity. Such proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of the Administrative Procedures Act. The Board shall\n\nhave all powers granted to administrative agencies for the conduct\n\nof individual proceedings; and judicial review thereof shall be in\n\naccordance with the provisions of such general laws relating to\n\nadministrative procedure.\n\nB. At all hearings, the Attorney General of this state, or an\n\nAssistant Attorney General, shall represent the Board. If the\n\nAttorney General is unable or declines to provide the Board with\n\ncounsel, the Board is authorized to employ other legal counsel to\n\nrepresent it at a hearing.
