Stat. tit. 59, § 59-15.38","heading":"Filing, fees, and continuing professional education","body":"requirements waived for license or certificate holder called to\n\nactive military service.\n\nAll filing requirements, fees and the continuing professional\n\neducation requirements provided in the Oklahoma Accountancy Act\n\nshall be waived for any holder of a license or certificate who is\n\ncalled to active military service. The license or certificate\n\nholder shall provide the Board a copy of the order to active\n\nmilitary service. This waiver shall remain in effect for the\n\nduration of the certificate or license holder’s active military\n\nservice.
