The Oklahoma Accountancy Board shall elect from its\n\nmembership a chair, a vice-chair and a secretary. The officers of\n\nthe Board shall be elected each May, to take office on July 1\n\nfollowing the election, and shall hold office for a term of one (1)\n\nyear.\n\nB. The chair shall preside at all meetings of the Board, call\n\nspecial meetings of the Board as are necessary, sign all\n\ncertificates and licenses and perform such other duties as the Board\n\nshall direct.\n\nC. The vice-chair shall exercise the powers of and perform the\n\nduties of the chair in the absence or disability of the chair, and\n\nperform such other duties as the Board shall direct.\n\nD. The secretary shall preside at any meeting in the absence of\n\nthe chair and vice-chair, validate minutes of all of the meetings of\n\nthe Board, in the manner prescribed in the rules of the Board,\n\nsupervise the maintenance of the records of the Board, including the\n\nregister of individuals and firms authorized to practice public\n\naccounting in this state, and a record of all examination grades.\n\nThe secretary shall perform such other duties as the Board shall\n\ndirect.\n\nE.
