Stat. tit. 59, § 59-15.7","heading":"Disbursement of fees and monies","body":"All fees and other monies except the fines as provided in\n\nSection 15.24 of this title received by the Board pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Accountancy Act shall be expended solely\n\nfor effectuating the purposes of the Oklahoma Accountancy Act and\n\nshall be deposited to the credit of the Board with the Oklahoma\n\nState Treasurer. After the close of each fiscal year the Board\n\nshall file with the Governor a report of all fees charged, collected\n\nand received and all disbursements during the previous fiscal year.\n\nThe Board shall pay into the General Revenue Fund of the state ten\n\npercent (10%) of all annual registration fees so charged, collected\n\nand received, and no other portion shall ever revert to the General\n\nRevenue Fund or any other fund of the state.\n\nAll salaries, fees, and other expenses incurred by the Board in\n\nthe performance of the duties imposed by the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Accountancy Act shall be paid from the Board’s Revolving\n\nFund and none of said expenses shall be a charge against the general\n\nfunds of this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"95bfa3d33c283cac92cafa969be2b4fe7b13af4549c443e1d4d03b893bcfe783","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-15.6a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-15.8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
