Each license shall state the name of the licensee and the\n\naddress at which the business is to be conducted. The license shall\n\nbe displayed at the place of business named in the license. The\n\nlicense shall not be transferable or assignable except upon approval\n\nby the Administrator of Consumer Credit.\n\nB. A separate license shall be required for each pawnshop\n\noperated under the Oklahoma Pawnshop Act.\n\nThe Administrator may issue more than one license to any one\n\nperson upon compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Pawnshop\n\nAct as to each license. When a licensee wishes to move the\n\nlicensee's pawnshop to another location, the licensee shall give\n\nthirty (30) days' written notice to the Administrator, who shall\n\namend the license accordingly.\n\nC. Each license shall remain in full force and effect until\n\nrelinquished, suspended, revoked or expired. Every\n\nlicensee, on or before each December 1, shall pay the\n\nAdministrator an annual fee for the succeeding calendar\n\nyear. The license shall expire December 31 of any year for\n\nwhich an annual fee has not been paid.\n\nD.
