Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1524","heading":"Application for license - Bond - Fingerprints and","body":"photograph - Agent for service of process.\n\nA. An application for a license pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthe Precious Metal and Gem Dealer Licensing Act shall be under oath\n\nand state:\n\n1. If the applicant is an individual, the full name and place\n\nof residence of the applicant;\n\n2. If the applicant is a partnership, the full name and place\n\nof residence of each member of the partnership; and\n\n3. If the applicant is a corporation, the full name and place\n\nof residence of each officer or major stockholder of the\n\ncorporation.\n\nB. The application shall state the location where the business\n\nis to be conducted and contain such additional relevant information\n\nas the Administrator may require. The Administrator shall require\n\ndocumentation to verify the location where the business is to be\n\nconducted or will be utilized by the applicant, including, but not\n\nlimited to, a deed, bill of sale, lease, or rental agreement. The\n\nAdministrator shall also require the name, contact person and\n\ntelephone number of the business location if the applicant is not\n\nthe owner of the business location.\n\nC. In addition to the application provided for in subsection A\n\nof this section, every applicant shall file with the Administrator a\n\nbond satisfactory to said Administrator and in the amount of Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for each license sought, with a surety\n\ncompany qualified to do business in this state as surety. The bond\n\nshall be furnished to the state for the use of the state and of any\n\nperson or persons who may have a cause of action against the obligor\n\nof the bond pursuant to the provisions of the Precious Metal and Gem\n\nDealer Licensing Act. The bond shall be conditional that the\n\nobligor will comply with the provisions of the Precious Metal and\n\nGem Dealer Licensing Act and all rules and regulations made pursuant\n\nto the Precious Metal and Gem Dealer Licensing Act, and will pay all\n\namounts of money that may be due to the state or any individual from\n\nthe obligor during the time such bond is in effect.\n\nD. Each applicant shall submit a full set of fingerprints and a\n\nphotograph with each application for an original license. The\n\nfingerprints may be used for a national criminal history record\n\ncheck as defined in Section 150.9 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nE.
