Each year, every dealer, on or before each December 1, shall\n\npay the Administrator of Consumer Credit a fee for each license held\n\nby the dealer as the annual fee for the succeeding calendar year.\n\nIf not renewed, expiration shall occur on December 31 of the year in\n\nwhich the annual fee has been paid.\n\nB. Each year, every employee, on or before December 1, shall\n\npay the Administrator a fee for the license held by the employee as\n\nthe annual fee for the succeeding calendar year. If not renewed,\n\nexpiration shall occur on December 31 of the year in which the\n\nannual fee has been paid.\n\nC.
