Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1529","heading":"Violations","body":"Willful violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be\n\na misdemeanor upon first conviction punishable by not more than\n\nthirty (30) days in the county jail or by a fine not to exceed Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) or both.
