Stat. tit. 59, § 59-154","heading":"Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners' Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, to be designated as\n\nthe \"Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners' Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Board\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Podiatric Medicine Practice Act.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Board for the\n\npurpose of implementing and enforcing the provisions of the\n\nPodiatric Medicine Practice Act.
