Stat. tit. 59, § 59-155","heading":"Investigations and hearings","body":"The Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners shall:\n\n1. Conduct investigations of complaints against podiatric\n\nphysicians filed with the Board pursuant to Section 149 of this\n\ntitle; and\n\n2. Initiate and conduct individual proceedings, pursuant to\n\nArticle II of the Administrative Procedures Act, against podiatric\n\nphysicians alleged to have violated the Podiatric Medicine Practice\n\nAct, the Code of Ethics, or the rules of the Board. For such\n\npurposes the Board, or any member thereof, is empowered to issue\n\nsubpoenas, compel the attendance of witnesses, and administer oaths\n\nand affirmations. Subpoenas authorized by this section may be\n\nsigned and issued by any member of the Board, and shall be served,\n\nand return of service thereof made, in the same manner as a subpoena\n\nis served from a court of record in this state and as return of\n\nservice in such case is made.
