Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1580","heading":"Active duty military personnel","body":"Active duty military personnel, or their spouse, shall designate\n\na home state where the individual has a current license in good\n\nstanding. The individual may retain the home state designation\n\nduring the period the service member is on active duty.
