The Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and\n\nAudiology shall hold a regular annual meeting at its last meeting of\n\nthe fiscal year at which it shall elect from its membership a\n\nchairman, a vice-chairman, and a secretary. Other regular meetings\n\nshall be held at such times as the rules of the Board may provide.\n\nSpecial meetings may be held at such times as may be deemed\n\nnecessary or advisable by a majority of the Board members. At least\n\none (1) week's notice of all meetings shall be given in a manner\n\nprescribed by the rules of the Board.\n\nB. All meetings of the Board shall be in accordance with the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act.\n\nC. Three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum.\n\nD. An executive secretary shall be appointed by the Board, and\n\nshall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.
