Stat. tit. 59, § 59-161.20","heading":"Board of Chiropractic Examiners' Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, to be designated as the\n\n\"Board of Chiropractic Examiners' Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Board pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Chiropractic Practice Act. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Board for the purpose of\n\nimplementing and enforcing the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nChiropractic Practice Act.
