The executive secretary of the Board of Examiners for\n\nSpeech-Language Pathology and Audiology shall receive and account\n\nfor all monies derived from the Speech-Language Pathology and\n\nAudiology Licensing Act. The executive secretary of the Board shall\n\npay these monies monthly to the State Treasurer who shall keep them\n\nin a separate fund to be known as the “Speech-Language Pathology and\n\nAudiology Licensing Fund”.\n\nB. All monies received in the fund are hereby appropriated to\n\nthe Board. Monies may be paid out of the fund upon proper voucher\n\napproved by the chair of the Board, and attested by the executive\n\nsecretary of the Board.\n\nC. All monies in the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology\n\nLicensing Fund at the end of each fiscal year, being the unexpended\n\nbalance of such fund, shall be carried forward and placed to the\n\ncredit of the fund for the succeeding fiscal year.\n\nD. Only the Board shall make expenditures from the fund for any\n\npurpose that is reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of\n\nthe Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act.\n\nE. No money shall ever be paid from the General Revenue Fund\n\nfor the administration of the Speech-Language Pathology and\n\nAudiology Licensing Act.\n\nF.
