All licensing fees, renewal fees, and replacement fees shall\n\nbe amounts fixed by the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language\n\nPathology and Audiology. The Board shall fix the amount of the fees\n\nso that the total fees collected will be sufficient to meet the\n\nexpenses of administering the provisions of the Speech-Language\n\nPathology and Audiology Licensing Act, and so there are no\n\nunnecessary surpluses in the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology\n\nLicensing Fund.\n\nB. The Board shall not fix a license fee at an amount in excess\n\nof One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), a renewal fee at an amount in\n\nexcess of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or a fee for the issuance\n\nof a license to replace a license which was lost, destroyed,\n\nmutilated, or revoked at an amount in excess of Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00).
