The Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and\n\nAudiology, the Attorney General or the local district attorney may\n\napply to the district court in the county in which a violation of\n\nthe Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act is alleged\n\nto have occurred for an order enjoining or restraining the\n\ncommission or continuance of such alleged violations. Thereupon,\n\nthe court has jurisdiction over the proceedings, and may grant such\n\ntemporary or permanent injunction or restraining order, without\n\nbond, as it deems just and proper.\n\nB.
