This act describes the welding inspector's basic technical\n\nfunctions, the requirements by which welding personnel may become\n\nqualified, and the principles of conduct and practice by which\n\ncertification may be maintained. The certification procedure shall\n\napply to personnel who inspect weldments.\n\nB.
