Examine, certify and renew the certification of qualified\n\napplicants and keep a record of all such proceedings;\n\n2. Promulgate rules concerning the quality of welds and\n\nqualification of welders;\n\n3. Designate and approve persons qualified to administer\n\nwelding tests; and\n\n4.
