Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1681.1","heading":"Voluntary review of project plans and specifications","body":"The Construction Industries Board shall establish by rule a\n\nprocess for the formal review of the plans and specifications for a\n\nproject prior to bid dates for the project to ensure that the\n\nproject plans and specifications are in conformance with applicable\n\nplumbing, electrical and mechanical installation codes. The rule\n\nadopted by the Board shall provide that the review shall be\n\ncompleted in a timely manner, not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar\n\ndays from the date of the submission of a completed application for\n\nreview which shall be accompanied by the plans and specifications\n\nand a review fee not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to be\n\nestablished by the rule. Upon completion of the review, the plans\n\nand specifications shall be returned to the applicant with\n\ndocumentation indicating either approval of plans and specifications\n\nwhen in compliance with the applicable codes, or modifications which\n\nmust be made to bring the plans and specifications into conformance\n\nwith applicable codes.
